Return & Refund

Return Period

At our Electronics Store, we offer a 14-day return window for most items purchased online. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Item Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process for high-end electronics, please note:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original unopened packaging.
  • All manuals, cables, and accessories must be included.
  • Serial numbers must match our internal records.
Important: Any device with a broken factory seal or activated software/operating system cannot be returned unless it has a manufacturing defect.

Exceptions

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Downloadable software products.
  • Pre-paid gaming cards or gift cards.
  • Personal care electronics (e.g., electric shavers).
  • Laptops or Smartphones after the setup process has begun.

Refund Methods

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs for "change of mind" returns are non-refundable.

Technical Warranty

If your device develops a fault after the 14-day return period, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty included in the box. Our technical team can assist you in contacting the official service center.
